Regular Golf Membership & Waiting List
The current Regular Membership waiting list price is $95,000. There are presently 41 individuals on the waiting list, with an average annual turnover of approximately 25 golf memberships. Fall, winter, and early spring typically represent the strongest movement periods.
To secure a position, applicants submit a 50% non-refundable deposit along with a Membership Application and Acknowledgement Agreement. Waiting list priority is determined by approval order through the Board process. When a Regular Membership becomes available and a member reaches the #1 position, the remaining initiation balance — locked in at the time of approval — is paid to finalize the transition into the golf category.
Once activated into full Golf Membership, monthly dues are $1,317, along with a $250 monthly capital funding fee. Members are also subject to a $2,400 annual food and beverage minimum, reinforcing the club’s strong dining and social culture.
Golf membership provides full access to the championship course, practice facilities, clubhouse, infinity-edge pool, racquet sports, fitness center, dining venues, and the club’s extensive year-round event calendar.
While on the waiting list, approved members participate under the Social Plus category.
Social Plus Membership
For those not immediately seeking golf course or full practice facility access, the Social Plus membership offers a compelling lifestyle-focused option.
The Social Plus initiation fee is $20,000, non-refundable. Monthly dues are $566, along with a $108 monthly capital funding fee. Social Plus members are also subject to the club’s $2,400 annual food and beverage minimum.
Social Plus members enjoy access to dining, social events, the infinity-edge pool and cabanas, fitness center, racquet sports, and The Crags putting course. While this category does not provide categorical golf access, Social Plus members may play as a guest of a golf member under current guest policies, limited to 10 rounds annually outside of tournament participation.
There is currently no waiting list for Social Plus membership, making it a strategic entry point for families prioritizing lifestyle amenities or those positioning themselves for future golf membership.
