Some homebuyer journeys start with months of searching — Lindsey’s started with a little magic.
We were introduced by a dear friend and lender after Lindsey spotted a single-family home in the Baker neighborhood that she loved. The problem? It was grossly underpriced, and I knew it was going to fly. So we met for coffee at Rosebud Café to talk about what she was looking for.
Lindsey had purchased a cute condo back in 2019 but was ready for more space, more character, and more walkability. We talked through her wish list, got to know each other, and hit the ground running that same week.
And then — we found it. An amazing townhome in the heart of Five Points with all the charm and character you could hope for: exposed brick, tall ceilings, and just steps from Rosenberg’s Bagels. It was perfect for her next chapter.
We wrote a clean offer, secured a massive seller concession for a rate buy-down (hello, lower monthly payment!), and went under contract. The inspection brought a hefty list of repairs — but the seller came through, addressing 99% of the items, including a large sewer repair and structural evaluation. We even worked through some Denver water funnel challenges, making sure everything was just right for closing.
Now Lindsey is settling into her fabulous new home — more space, more character, and all within walking distance to her favorite spots. I couldn’t be more excited for her and can’t wait to see how she makes this Five Points gem her own.
