Logan and I have known each other from our days working in Keystone Reservations, which feels like a lifetime ago. When he reached out to let me know that he was coming to You’re Paying How Much For Rent, I was so excited to reconnect! Logan and I picked up right where we left off! The next step was to meet his wonderful girlfriend, Amanda. We had happy hour together and chatted about the process and what to expect on their search. We talked about what they wanted in their first home and how we were going to make it happen. After a few weekends searching, we found THE ONE!!! From the moment we walked in and laid eyes on the kitchen, they knew this was their dream home. The listing agent was wonderful and so were the sellers. Everything was meant to be! A few short weeks later, these two YPHMFR grads closed on their first home!
