Adam

Adam and I connected a long time ago. He was interested in purchasing his first home but was not sure where to start. We met for coffee and chatted about the process! After we connected, he decided that it was not the right time to buy. About a year later, I get a call from Adam. He was back on the house hunting road and was ready to get to work! We talked about what he wanted in his dream home, the perfect location, and what to expect on the search! We met after work and on the weekends, hunting for the perfect one! It was a brisk morning that Adam and I met before he headed to the mountains on a weekend adventure. He saw this new “coming soon” home and HAD to see it! I connected with the listing agent to see if we could get in before it hit the market. To my surprise, she agreed! We toured the home and knew it was perfect for him. We wrote a fantastic offer, and it was quickly accepted before even hitting the market! After an easy under contract process, Adam got the keys to his new space! I am so excited for Adam and all the new memories he will make in his new space!
