Golf Equity Membership
Golf Equity Members and their immediate household — including spouse/partner and unmarried children under 24 living at home — enjoy unlimited access to all club amenities. This includes the golf course, practice facilities, clubhouse, pool, fishing, garden areas, and hiking and biking trails.
These memberships are non-transferable and non-sellable but do include voting rights. As an equity member, any club assessments apply, and members are responsible for outstanding dues and obligations upon resignation.

Red Rocks is currently running a promotional opportunity for a limited number of Golf Equity Memberships.
For those over age 40, Golf Memberships are being offered at a reduced initiation fee of $37,500 instead of the standard $50,000.
The club is also offering a no-interest payment plan structured as follows:
$12,500 due upon joining
$12,500 due one year after joining
$12,500 due two years after joining
This allows members to spread the initiation investment over three years without financing costs.
Members under age 40 who already qualify for Junior Golf pricing are also eligible to utilize this same payment plan structure.
At present, the club is not operating with a waitlist. However, as the season approaches and membership demand increases, availability may tighten.
Clubhouse Membership
For families who prioritize lifestyle amenities over full golf access, the Clubhouse Membership provides unlimited access to non-golf amenities including clubhouse dining, pool, fishing, garden areas, and hiking and biking trails.
Clubhouse Members may play golf up to six times per year at current guest fees.

Guests may play up to six times per calendar year. Golf Members may host three guests Tuesday through Friday and after noon on weekends. No guest play before noon on weekends without approval. The club is closed to members on Mondays.
