Sarah’s Next Chapter in the Heart of NW Denver
Some real estate stories feel like a full-circle moment—and this one with Sarah totally does.
Sarah and I go way back to 2021, when she bought her very first home with me. Fast forward to the start of this year, and we were catching up over coffee as she started dreaming about her next chapter: more space, a new neighborhood, and a fresh start while staying close to the heart of Denver.
She was eyeing some of the best spots—Wheat Ridge, Highlands, Berkeley. We had a few “discovery days” to narrow it all down (aka long walks through charming streets and lots of neighborhood hot takes). Once we had a solid plan and her current home was ready to list, we hit the ground running.
Now here’s where things get even better: Sarah is a total boss as a consultant, which means she’s often jet-setting for work. So, I got the joy of teaming up with her incredible parents to help scout homes while she was out of town. We laughed, we FaceTimed, and we strategized like pros.
Then—boom. A brick Tudor popped up just blocks from Tennyson. The location? Chef’s kiss. The inside? The 90s called and wanted their granite and stack stone back. But Sarah saw the vision. We toured (virtually and in person), and we went in strong—$10K under list, a $15K concession, plus the seller agreed to replace all the windows. Yep. That actually happened.
We cruised through inspection, and just like that, Sarah landed herself an epic home way under market value. And knowing her, she’s going to put so much love and intention into every inch of this place—just like she did with her last one.
Getting to help a past client again is the greatest honor. Sarah, thank you for trusting me (and for letting me hang with your awesome parents). I can’t wait to see the magic you bring to this next home. 🥂
