Golf Course Design
Castle Pines Golf Club is a Jack Nicklaus–designed championship course, originally opened in 1981. Routed through dramatic pine forest terrain south of Denver, the course is known for elevation changes, pristine conditioning, and strategic shot values that reward precision and course management. Castle Pines Golf Club has hosted numerous professional events, including The International, a PGA Tour event held here from 1986–2006.
The course is widely regarded as one of the finest examples of Nicklaus’ mountain golf design, balancing beauty with demanding play.
