Some years feel effortless. This was not one of them! And yet, it was still full of so many wins, lessons and bright spots that I’m ending 2025 feeling incredibly grounded and grateful.
This market asked a lot of us. Interest rates yo-yo’d, buyers and sellers hesitated, listings paused or pulled, and strategy mattered more than ever. Even with all of that, I had the privilege of helping 22 families this year with just under $18M in closed sales. Not my biggest year, and absolutely one of my most meaningful. I grew as a business owner, an advisor, and a human being, and that feels like its own version of success!
The personal moments that shaped this year
Rory had such a beautiful year at MAC. Watching him grow, learn and become more confident has been one of my greatest joys! I also stepped into a new role on MAC’s Development Committee, and I’m so proud to support the school that pours so much into my kid and our community.
Our Airstream became our little home on wheels, and we squeezed in four camping trips, Steamboat being our favorite, even though we were basically rained on the entire time. Those trips reminded me to slow down, breathe and just exist with my family.
And the biggest blessing of the year: my mom’s health. Her cancer counts are at zero. Zero! Medicine, science and the incredible people who save lives every day, I will be forever thankful.
Business, partnership and what’s next
Mark and I continued to evolve as a husband-and-wife real estate team this year. We’ve gotten clearer on our strengths, where we shine and where we support each other. We’re walking into 2026 aligned, energized and excited for what we’re building together!
Professionally, I’m stepping into more leadership, education and community-focused work, from serving on the DMAR Board of Directors to continuing to pour into buyers, sellers and fellow agents. I’m thinking intentionally about how I want my business to look and feel in 2026 and how I can show up even more powerfully for the people who trust me.
My deepest gratitude
To my clients, friends, community and every single person who referred someone my way — thank you! You invite me into some of the biggest transitions of your life, and that is not something I take lightly. Your trust, your referrals, your support, your kind words and your presence at events… all of it is the heartbeat of my business.
I don’t measure my year solely in volume or units. I measure it in impact, relationships, moments of clarity and the way I get to show up for people. And on that scale, this year was huge!
To 2026
I’m walking into the new year with clarity, intention and excitement! New ideas, new systems and a renewed sense of purpose — both as your advisor and as a member of this community.
Here’s to a year of strength, softness, strategy and possibility.
Thank you for being such a big part of my 2025!
