Ok, let me tell you about the sweetest family! When I first met them, I knew we would get along! Their easygoing attitude and overall kindness made me excited to help!
The Loats were ready to move into a bigger home with a basement to accommodate all the family fun! The most significant requirement for them was staying within the same high school their kids were in. This narrowed the search, but I knew we would find the right one.
We checked out a few different homes ranging in size, updates, and floorplans. I quickly understood what they were looking for! Then we arrived at “the one” I could tell it was it!
From the moment we opened the door, I could see in their eyes that they were in love. And the house was beyond perfect, so I completely understood why they loved it so much! Being tucked back on a quiet street with a lovely backyard filled with mature vegetation was the perfect mix of their wants.
When I looked at the neighborhood comps, I knew this home was grossly underpriced, and I had a feeling it would fly! So we wrote a damn good offer with all the things. We are taking quick deadlines, clean terms, and excellent buyers. Well, we won! We beat out several other offers!!!
With a clean inspection, the home over-appraised (which I knew it would because the comps were so evident), and lovely sellers, The Loats Family now gets to call this home!
It was such an honor to help them! Meeting new people, becoming friends, and helping them accomplish such a huge life change makes me light up! Congrats to this wonderful family! I couldn’t be happier for them!
