Jen and I first met for coffee in October at a cute spot in Lakewood. Jen and her family had decided to relocate to Colorado after spending a handful of years back east. So they followed their hearts and moved to Colorado, a dream and goal they always had!
After we met for coffee and talked about renewable energy and electric vehicles, I knew this family would be so fun to work with! It was just one of those relationships that clicked right away!
We started our search off with a discovery day! These discovery days are not offer writing days, but more so just finding out what they love and don’t love! Oddly enough, we found something much sooner than they were anticipating!
When we walked through the front door, I could tell they LOVED this space immediately! As the kiddos ran around the kitchen, rolled on the carpet, and picked out their rooms, I knew this was it. We found the one.
Jen and Tim had some good real estate karma going into this house hunt, and boy, did they cash in! We were able to snag this home at a killer price, with a boatload of seller concessions for them to take advantage of a 2/1 Buy Down. They crushed it on this sale. They timed the market perfectly and snatched themselves a fantastic home!
I couldn’t be more excited for this family and all their new memories! I also can’t wait to invite myself to hang out in their new home!
