John Mark and I met at a concert at Red Rocks. After that, we began running into each other at other shows all over Denver. We naturally became friends both in and outside of the music scene. When John Mark reached out about buying his first home, I was honored that excited to help! We met at Chop Shop in east Denver. We chatted all things real estate over a killer meal (if you haven’t been, go now!). Because John Mark has such a laid-back demeanor, I knew this was going to be an easy process. After only a few days of looking, we found the perfect condo!! The space was exactly what he was looking for! From the central location to the updated finishes, this was the ideal starter home for John Mark. The under-contract process was an absolute breeze from start to finish. Now, John Mark gets to call this excellent condo home!! I couldn’t be more excited about all the fun new memories he is going to make!
