Jordan and I first met at Clue Pilates in Edgewater. She was the toughest teacher I have ever taken a class from. We naturally became friends and over the months got closer and closer, all while she was kicking my butt each week in class. She mentioned to me that she and her boyfriend were ready to start the home buying process. We all met for coffee on an overcast spring day at Crema in RiNo. This was the first time that I had met Greg. I knew right away that we were all going to become great friends. As we started the process, we looked at a lot of different homes. From 1900 bungalows to new construction and everything in between. It was a sunny Saturday morning when we found “the one”. This end unit townhome was EVERYTHING!!!! The natural light, open floorplan, killer rooftop and only steps from a park, we knew this was it. This was their first home so we needed to make sure it was perfect. We walked through each step of the under contact process. I gave them weekly homework to keep all our deadlines on track. It was a seamless process! I now get to call these two amazing people homeowners! It was such an honor, and boy did I have fun helping these two buy their first home. I think Jackson is pretty excited about it too!!!! Cheers to great new memories in your new home!!!!
