This past week, Caitlin closed on her very first home! We met at Novo Coffee just over a month ago and chatted about what she was looking for and what to expect on the search. We headed out the next week for our first day of house shopping! We had scheduled to see 4 homes. On house number 3, she walked in and knew it was “the one”. This adorable townhome in Arvada was PERFECT! It had a killer patio with an amazing view and a two-car garage! We wrote a strong and simple offer, and ended up beating out 3 others! Two and a half weeks later, (major thanks to Shelby Barrett for making all of that happened) Caitlin got the keys to her first home! It was so fun and such an honor to help this amazing friend accomplish such a big goal! So, CONGRATULATIONS to you Caitlin. You absolutely killed it!!!!
