Lily and I first connected over two years ago! She was curious about the home-buying process but needed more time. Fast-forward: She reached out in early 2024 and felt ready to start the search!
After we chatted via Zoom, I got an idea of what she was looking for, and we set up a discovery day to really explore!
We explored Arvada, Lakewood, and Denver. From brick ranches to tri-levels to mid-centuries, we covered it all!
It was a VERY snowy morning when we got to her dream home! It was a gorgeous bi-level home in Lakewood. With Bear Creek and 285 so close, it was the perfect location. We walked inside and saw the owners had a cat, and it was love at first sight!
Everything made sense about this home. The layout, the updates, the potential for her to touch it!
So, we came in with a strong offer and locked it down. We worked through the inspection (and got even more than we anticipated) and made it to closing!
I couldn’t be happier for Lily and her amazing first home. I can’t wait to see the epic deck she builds! Cheers to her and all the new adventures ahead!
