Meet the most incredible family in Denver! Damian and Laura were so fun to work with. They are both so calm and easygoing. When Damian and I first chatted, I knew we would hit it off!
They had been in a rental in Denver for a bit and were ready to call Colorado home! Tired of the renting game, they reached out and were prepared to hit the house hunting pavement that day!
This family had a goal and were ready to get after it! We looked at one house, submitted a pretty good offer, and lost out. It was tough, as the house was perfect. I then noticed another similar home a few blocks down on the same street that had been sitting. It needed some work; the layout was funny, and because it was still on the market, everyone thought there was something wrong with it. So we checked it out and it was PERFECT.
These two were all too familiar with the construction world, so a little project didn’t scare them. They could see all the potential, we were able to get this home under asking with concessions, too.
I believe everything happens for a reason, and this was just that situation. We lost out on one but found something EVEN better! I’m sooooo happy for this wonderful family, and I cant wait to see the before and after photos!!! Cheers, friends!
