Sarah and Ben do it again. And I really should say, again, again and again. These house hackers are no newbies to the RE game. But this time, they were ready to head for the hills. Literally!
After living in the city for several years, they decided the mountains were calling. They wanted to raise their adorable little boy in a quiet area with nature all around them.
So we headed for Gilpin County, my hometown, and old stomping grounds. It’s always so fun for me to go back! That nostalgic feeling that makes you smile. And boy, did we find the most perfect home to make them smile!
Tucked back on a quiet dirt road, this slice of mountain paradise was exactly what Sarah and Ben were looking for! It was perfect. From the sweeping views to the homey vibes, they were ready to put their stamp on it. And they are both no strangers to home renos.
And with such a fantastic listing agent and seller, the entire process was a breeze! This home was truly meant to be! And it makes me so happy to see another family moving and raising their kiddos in the same area where I was raised! So cheers to this adorable family!!! I can’t wait to visit and listen to the hummingbirds whizzing by!
