With a lot of love over the past few years, these two transformed their condo into a special spot in Cap Hill. With all the charm but all the cuteness, it was hard not to fall in love instantly.
To buy their dream home, they had to choose to sell their condo. And that’s exactly what they did!
Not only did they weather an interest rate storm, but they worked through a massive HOA hallway renovation and finally landed the right buyer! It was smooth sailing from there once we negotiated through the inspection items!
These two are nothing short of go-getters in every sense of the word! It truly was such an honor to have helped along the way!
