Sarah, Ben, and I go way back! These two, now three, are nothing short of amazing people. Sarah had reached out a few months ago, playing around with the idea of buying another fixer. She has a knack for finding the best homes and making them magical. She is in the interior design world, and everything she does is fantastic! So when they reached out, I wasn’t surprised at all. These two love a good project! But, with baby Jack due to make his appearance in a few months, the timing wasn’t right. Once Jack joined us earthside, they didn’t waste any time! We headed out a few afternoons to check out various homes. From cute to awful and everything in between! We landed on something TOTALLY different from their norm. This new build townhome in Arvada was just what they were looking for. This home is one that didn’t need a ton of work. A house that they could move in and live life with their new baby and pups. Knowing this was not their forever home, just a stepping stone to greatness down the road, it was the perfect mix of basic builder meets move-in ready. I cannot wait to see how Sarah makes this place even more special than your basic townhome! These two, actually I should say three, are nothing short of amazing humans! I genuinely love watching them conquer the real estate world!
