Keith and Connie were the parents of a past client of mine. So when my client reached out to see if I would help her family relocate from North Carolina to Denver, I couldn’t have been more excited to help! I love hanging out with parents!
Keith flew out, and we started the search. Keith and Connie had slightly different ideas of what each other wanted in a house. One side wanted to be in the mountains with acreage. The other wanted a more neighborhood-like setup. So we toured homes in Evergreen to Lakewood, Thornton to Broomfield. It was when we checked out Anthan that they fell in neighborhood love!
We toured 3 houses, 2 of which we added on the fly. It was the most perfect ranch-style home that stole their hearts. From the moment we opened the front door, this house checked all the boxes.

So, after a quick trip, we locked down their forever home. A few short weeks later, these two packed up their life in NC and hit the road for CO! I couldn’t be happier to welcome the newest Colorado residents!
