Joanna and I first connected back In February of 2021. It was a weird time with lockdowns, COVID, and everything in between. Joanna and Jesus had both relocated here from NYC. What a change that is! They had a great rental setup, but they were interested in maybe buying their first home!
We had lots of great convos about how the process looked and what their next steps were! We headed out for a few discovery days and quickly narrowed down what they were looking for. Then, a little change of plans! They reached out and told me they were considering moving back to the east coast. I get that! As a few months passed, I got a call from them. They decided that CO was just too good to leave, and trust me, I understand that feeling! So we hit the search again!
Having just checked out this fantastic new build community with another buyer, I had a feeling this Arvada project would be the perfect fit for them! We are talking corner unit, insane layout, flawless finishes, and all the right amount of space for their WFH life! And that’s what we got! We snagged the perfect unit and locked down a killer interest rate!
A few months later and these two are CO homeowners, and I couldn’t be more excited for them! I also cannot wait to invite myself over and have cocktails on their rooftop!
