Hannah, Jacob, and I first connected back in March. They were good friends of past clients of mine, so they reached out, eager to start the home buying process. They were renting in RiNo and their lease was up in June. Yep, if you are counting correctly, we had 3 months to get to work!
Because we were working on a tighter timeline, we needed to get things rocking and rolling ASAP! I got them connected with Shelby so we could start rocking out the pre-approval process! They were entering into a really tough springtime market, so we needed to get all of our ducks in a row before we hit the home search!
They both crushed the mortgage stuff and got them fully underwritten so we could compete against all the cash buyers that were out there! We spent only a few weekends looking at homes in Arvada. They both knew exactly what they wanted, so the rest was pretty easy.
It was a Friday afternoon when we saw this SUPER cute Arvada brick ranch that stole their hearts. It was literally biking distance to Olde Town. The house needed a little love, but nothing that was too overwhelming. We came in strong with a killer offer and a quick close. The sellers couldn’t resist. We ended up beating out a higher offer because ours was written clean and had all the offer goodies!
We rocked through the under-contract process and dealt with a few apprisal hiccups, but in the end, they scored this fantastic new house! I cannot wait to see all the greatness they put into it. So, congrats to these two on their new Arvada home!!! It’s beyond perfect!
