The reoccurring theme I hear from FTHB’s is they think it’s impossible to get qualified and even more impossible to find something they love. It breaks my real estate heart. ๐

They wanted to wait till later fall/early winter to start house shopping. So when I got a text from them in July asking if we could check out this one spot, we hit the ground running.

This beyond charming Cap Hill condo with exposed brick and south-facing windows was the one.
Literally, we walked in, they looked at either other, and that was it!
We wrote a clean offer at list price, with a full inspection and zero appraisal gap verbiage. And, we got it!!!! I couldn’t believe it!!!! ๐
Everything about these two and their new home was some universal shit! I couldn’t be happier and more excited for these two!
They slayed the Denver RE market and get to call this cute condo home!!!!
