Clay, Rebecca, and I first connected in December! They were friends with some fantastic past clients of mine! We chatted for a while about the process, what their growing family was looking for, and everything in between!
Having spent time in Park Hill, The Highlands, Central Park, and Hilltop, we finally nailed down what they were looking for. It was a warm spring Saturday when I threw in a “wild card” option for them to look at. The home had been on the market for just a bit, so I knew there could be some wiggle room. Having lost out on a couple of houses, we knew what this market is and how to compete.
When we first walked into the home, I could see it in their eyes as we entered the space. It was PERFECT!!!!! This was a no-brainer with an unreal master bedroom, wonderful location, and a great family layout!
As we rocked through the under-contract process, we not only got the home under the asking price but with a full inspection contingency! And couple that with closing early, it truly was meant to be!!
This one was extra special for me, from seeing the baby bump to welcoming their first kiddo into their new home! Not to mention, I get to work with the most incredible folks ever!!! Congratulations to this fantastic fam on their perfect new home!!!!
