Steph and Tim have an extra fun story! Let’s start at the beginning!! Over a year ago, some dear friends decided to move back to the east coast. After some deep recon work, I found them the perfect agent, Molly Branson. She was a DC wiz, and I knew they would be perfect for them!
While Molly and I had kept in touch since she was so cool, I got a text from her a couple of months ago. She had two great friends that were ready to start looking for their perfect Evergreen home. How fun that I got to send my good friends to Molly, and she did the same for me!
I met Steph and Tim over a Zoom call back in July! They lived downtown, but their hearts told them it was time to head to the hills. We started the search, and I will say, there is something extra special about mountain properties!
We saw a handful, but nothing truly felt like the perfect fit! It was a chilly Thursday afternoon that we met up! As the leaves were turning, we pulled down the driveway to the most extraordinary house of all! This was it! The one! And boy, was it! From the moment we walked in, it was absolutely perfect!
With a family parting from a home passed from two generations, the fact that Steph and Tim were ready to start their family made it even more special!
After one of the best under-contract experiences (thank you to a fantastic listing agent) and a massive snowstorm in September, these two get to call the mountains home! I couldn’t be more excited to visit!
