Tuna and I had been following each other on Instagram for a while before I met his humans. So when Bethany reached out, I got so excited! We met up on a chilly afternoon in January. I figured The Cruise Room at The Oxford Hotel would be the perfect spot to chat about all things home buying! As we ordered sparkling rose, snacked on charcuterie and fries, we dove into what was going on in their world!
Bethany, her fiance Tim, and perfect little Frenchie Tuna were ready to buy their first home! As we chatted about what they wanted in their first home, I knew right away something newer, with a wow factor, and in a killer location would win their hearts!
After a handful of house shopping days, Bethany texted me that she found it! And boy, was she right! From the moment we walked in, I could tell in their eyes that this was their house!
As we wrote their offer only a few days before they headed out to get married, I knew we would rock through our deadlines with no issue! And that was just the case! The inspection was a breeze, the sellers were fantastic, and four weeks later, these two get to call The Highlands, home!
I am so excited to have Frenchie playdates with Tuna in their new home! Congratulations to these two for weathering the covid crazy market, getting married, and buying the most perfect first home!
