Meet Emily!

We connected in early summer. She was renting in Denver and wanted to get more info on maybe purchasing her first home. We had such a great conversation, and I knew we would get along perfectly! She was just so laid back and fun to be around!

We met up on a weekend morning. It was a hot one, but we didn’t let that stop us!

It was the adorable duplex in Berkeley. It was beyond charming and had a two-car garage. Because it was in such a prime location, I knew it was going to fly! 💨 However, after hearing that there were many offers and the price was WAY over asking, we decided it wasn’t the one.

We spent a few more weekends looking at some exciting properties. Then we found it—the most adorable Sloan’s lake 4-plex. Like, you can walk a block, and you’re at the lake. 🙌🏻

The unit had been sitting on the market for a bit, so I knew we had some opportunity! So we raced home and wrote an at asking, let me say that again, 👉🏻 AT ASKING 👈🏻 offer and got it accepted!!!! No appraisal gap, no limited inspection, just a clean contract.

We rocked through inspection, and the sellers took care of everything we asked for. Literally, I couldn’t have asked for a better seller/listing agent! It’s amazing how much of an impact great folks have on a transaction. 💗

It was one of the easiest ones I’ve had in a long time. I truly believe that the universe works in amazing ways. I am SO freaking excited for Emily on her perfect first home. Everything always works out!!!! 🎉
