Big congrats to Sally and Alex, who just snagged their dream first home in the heart of Midtown! I’m beyond excited for these two as they kick off this new chapter in a neighborhood that’s as vibrant as they are.
This wasn’t our first go-around—Sally and I worked together a few years back when she and her family found their first home. It was fantastic to team up again, but this time with Alex by her side. After a couple of house-hunting trips, we finally found the perfect place that checked all the boxes.
Finding the right garage was a must! Sally and Alex needed space for two larger cars and two motorcycles. Plus, they both needed a solid work-from-home setup (because, let’s be real, who isn’t working from home these days?). Oh, and it was crucial to find a location that kept them close to family too.

Midtown is a fun, walkable spot with that perfect mix of city energy and cozy neighborhood vibes, and I know Sally and Alex are going to make so many great memories here.
