I’m getting this week started with a story about my friend, Matt! 👇🏻 Matt and I met through a mutual friend a while ago. When he reached out about buying his Colorado 🏡 home, I was so touched and honored to help. On a warmer than usual day in January, we had beers and tater tots as we chatted about what he wanted in a home. Not new to the home buying process, he knew what he wanted and was ready to 🤘🏻 rock it out! Just a couple of weeks later, we started the home search. After looking at a handful of homes, and losing out on a few, we finally found “the one.” Tucked back on a quiet street, this was the PERFECT spot for him. With killer views of the mountains from his deck, a man cave worthy basement, and the right amount of yard for his pup, I was so 🙌🏻 thankful that we lost out on the others. I truly believe everything happens for a reason, and this was the perfect example! The under contract process flew by, and soon enough, we were getting ready to close. With covid-19, our closing procedures looked VERY abnormal. Because Matt is such a laid back guy, he rolled with the punches, and we got it done! ✨ I am so excited for Matt and all the fun times he is going to have in his new home! Curious how he did it?
